天然乳膠專用納米輕質鈣漿

應用領域：廣泛應用于天然乳膠制品.如：醫用手術手套、醫用檢查手套等。其特點： 粒徑小，分布均勻，不團聚，不沉降，穩定性好，易分散。質地細膩，與天然乳膠具有良好的相容性。能對乳膠制品起到增量、增強、增韌等作用，從而能夠提高乳膠產品的性能，降低生產成本。我公司產品如下：                                 

輕質鈣漿在醫用檢查、手術手套的應用：在超細輕質碳酸鈣加入量為8％時的，乳膠手套的拉伸強度為23.6MPa，此處為乳膠手套拉伸性能較優點，性能較優點和工藝較優點的拉伸強度都大于ASTM D3578-01乳膠手套室溫拉伸強度為21.0MPa要求。HR/MAS NMR技術表明在手套制備過程中，有機助劑經過室溫和高溫處理后，都不會破壞天然乳膠的結構。根據客戶要求質量不同一般輕鈣添加量在10-30%左右。（折干記）使用非常簡單，使用輕鈣最大的好處是通過伽馬射線照射不變色。使用時在硫化好的乳膠及輔料添加好后，最后添加納米鈣，攪拌均勻（一般1-2小時）即可上線。

使用方法： 1.首先將固含量50%左右的輕質碳酸鈣漿料稀釋到所需使用乳膠的固含量；

  2.將硫化好的常溫乳膠攪拌均勻；

  3.將稀釋好的輕質碳酸鈣漿料按比例加入乳膠中，攪拌均 勻；打到出手套的膠池內,待出手套。

   包裝方式： 1.5噸桶裝；

   儲存方式：防曬、防凍（0度以上）

Application: Widely used in natural latex products. Such as: medical operation gloves, medical examination gloves, etc. Its characteristics: small particle size, uniform distribution, no agglomeration, no settlement, good stability, easy to disperse. Fine texture, good compatibility with natural latex. It can increase, strengthen and toughen latex products, so as to improve the performance of latex products and reduce production costs. Our products are as follows:

 Application in medical examination and surgical gloves: When the amount of ultra-fine light calcium carbonate is 8%, the tensile strength of the latex gloves is 23.6MPa, which is the tensile strength of the latex gloves. The tensile strength of the latex gloves is greater than that of the ASTM D3578-01 latex gloves at room temperature, which is 21.0MPa. HR/MAS NMR showed that the organic additives treated at room temperature and high temperature did not destroy the structure of natural latex during glove preparation. According to customer requirements, the quality is different. Generally, the amount of light calcium is about 10-30%. It's very simple to use. The biggest benefit of using light calcium is that it doesn't change color when exposed to gamma rays. When used, after the vulcanized latex and auxiliary materials are added, nano-calcium is finally added, and the mixture is evenly stirred (generally 1-2 hours) to be on line.

  Method of use:
  1. First of all, the light calcium carbonate slurry with solid content of about 50% is diluted to the solid content of latex required;
  2. Stir the vulcanized latex at room temperature;
  3. Add the diluted light calcium carbonate slurry into the latex in proportion and stir evenly; Hit the glove out of the glue pool, wait out the glove.
  Packing: 1.5-ton drum;
  Storage: sunscreen, anti-freezing (above 0 degrees)
